CLICKDOC is your personal health portal to organize and manage doctor appointments online. Additionally, you can book and conduct video consultations directly in the app. E-prescriptions can now be easily received on your smartphone and redeemed with CLICKDOC.

• Find a Doctor and Schedule Appointments: Locate the suitable physician or healthcare provider in your vicinity within the CLICKDOC app. Subsequently, schedule an appointment or specialist consultation directly with just a few clicks.
• Appointment Reminders: To ensure you never miss an appointment again, CLICKDOC automatically sends you appointment reminders. You have the flexibility to determine how and when you wish to be reminded. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you can also do so within the CLICKDOC app.
• Video Consultations: If you have received an invitation for a video consultation or have booked a corresponding appointment, you can conduct the video call with your healthcare provider directly through the app - either via an invitation code or directly from your scheduled appointment.
• E-Prescriptions with CLICKDOC: If your doctor has provided you with an e-prescription and you wish to pre-order the medications at a pharmacy or have them delivered directly to your home, simply scan the QR code (Matrix Code) in the upper right corner of your e-prescription using the CLICKDOC app and send it to your preferred pharmacy. Then select your delivery option. This also applies to patients who receive their e-prescription directly from the doctor via CLICKDOC without a printout.
